Q: I see you accept Paypal. How do I pay by credit card if I don't have a Paypal account?
A: You can easily pay by credit card by continuing though Paypal checkout, even if you don't have a Paypal account. Just add your items to your cart, complete the checkout form and continue your order using the Paypal checkout. You will then be brought to a page where you can either chose to continue by logging into Paypal, or, you can choose to use your credit card. Q: I see you are located in Toronto. Can I save on shipping charges and pick up my order from your warehouse?
A: Yes. If you are in the Greater Toronto Area and would like to pick up your order, please contact us before you checkout.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes. In addition to Canada, we also currently ship to the USA, UK, EU and Australia. As we are currently in the process of building our shipping calculator to International destinations, please contact us for an exact shipping quote based on your International location. Please note that all International orders will require the purchase of shipping insurance.
Q: I am a store and would like to carry your products. Do you offer a distributor or wholesale program?
