USPS sometimes does not provide physical notification that parcels have arrived and are awaiting pick-up at the recipient's local Postal Office. Your online tracking will indicate this. Packages that go unclaimed after 30 days are shipped back to Chickaboom.ca by USPS at Chickaboom's expense. Orders that go unclaimed and are sent back to Chickaboom.ca because they were not tracked/picked-up will not be re-shipped. GENERAL INQUIRIES Q: I see you accept Paypal. How do I pay by credit card if I don't have a Paypal account?
A: You can easily pay by credit card by continuing though Paypal checkout, even if you don't have a Paypal account. Just add your items to your cart, complete the checkout form and continue your order using the Paypal checkout. You will then be brought to a page where you can either chose to continue by logging into Paypal, or, you can choose to use your credit card. Q: I see you are located in Toronto. Can I save on shipping charges and pick up my order from your warehouse?
A: For individual retail orders, only online purchases are available. For wholesale bulk resale orders, if you are in the Greater Toronto Area and would like to pick up your order, please contact us before you checkout.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: In addition to Canada, we also currently ship to the USA, UK, EU and Australia. As we are currently in the process of building our shipping calculator to International destinations, please contact us for an exact shipping quote based on your International location. Please note that all International orders will require the purchase of shipping insurance. Please make sure to include your location, which items you would like to order and the quantity of each product.
Q: I am a store and would like to carry your products. Do you offer a distributor or wholesale program?
A: Yes. Please contact us for more information. ORDER INQUIRIES Q: I placed my order 3 days ago. Where is it?
A: Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days of order placement. Please expect additional time (5-7 days) to process and ship your order during the Holiday Season (November 1st to December 31st). Our shipping department is not open on Sat/Sun. Once your order shipment has been processed, you will receive a tracking number (if your shipping method includes this service) and a notice that your item has been shipped. Chickaboom.ca does not have any additional access to shipping details other than those that are offered directly on the Canada Post or USPS ship tracking websites.
Q: I am tracking my order online, why is it taking so long?
A: Canadian and U.S. orders take between 1-12 business days for your shipment to arrive, depending on your location. Please note that from November 1st to December 31st the shipping time may take longer due to the Holiday Shipping Rush. Please note that all non-Canadian orders (including those to the U.S.A) may be delayed by the import country Customs Inspection at point of entry. Chickaboom.ca and Canada Post is not responsible for any loss or delay of shipping time caused by parcels being held by your country's Customs Agency. If you do not receive your parcel within 12-15 business days, please feel free to contact us.
